Using interviews, photographs and archival footage, this warm and funny documentary gives an insight into the history and personality of Stella Burry. Born in 1897, this extraordinary Newfoundlander was the founder of many of the social programs offered today by Stella Burry Community Services, a leading social services agency in St. John's, Newfoundland.

Recommended for the general public, Stella’s Circle: The Legacy of Stella Burry will also be of particular interest to social workers, historians, and church and community activists.
